For local delivery, our gift boxes are beautifully presented in your choice of a matte black or fresh white box, with items surrounded by a black or natural paper shred.
For posted gift boxes, the items are packed and surrounded by the paper shred to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. Boxes are then wrapped in bubble wrap and packed into a post bag or post box.

Our boxes are packed and delivered/posted Monday - Friday only.
If the box is being delivered to a suburb within our 'Local Delivery Area' you can select to have your box delivered on the same day. So long as your order is in by 10am - the box will then be delivered between 12 noon and 5pm.
If you select to have your box delivered on a different date, delivery will still occur between 12 noon and 5pm on the day you choose.
If the box is outside our 'Local Delivery Area' your order will be packed, prepared, and posted via Australia Post by the next working day.
Once posted, you will receive a tracking number for your box.
Posted gift boxes should be received 3-5 days later, depending on the delivery location.
We do not offer refunds in the instance you change your mind.
If you find you have incorrectly ordered something, please get in contact with us before 10am the next day so we can work with you to correct the order. We're quite flexible regarding requests, so if something is on your mind, please get in touch.
